Pier Supervisor service for AKORN consists of:

  • Being at Fort Hill Wharf Cruiseship Terminal for a set duration of hours
  • Directing guests disembarking ship, through the terminal and outside to their respective coaches
  • Liaising with cruise ship staff to facilitate departure of shore excursions in a timely fashion
  • Liaising with AKORN and providing feedback on the good, bad and ugly of the day.
